Security Policy
Our website is secure. We use the Secure Socket Layer Protocol to ensure that ordering information is sent directly to AbacusLaptop., and that only AbacusLaptop can decode it. Our website is registered with site identification authorities to enable your browser to confirm our security identity before any transmission is sent. With this technology, the identity of our site is automatically confirmed behind the scenes prior to the transmission of any customer information requested to complete an online order and ensures that your data reaches your intended target or your browser notifies you (prior to your sending any personal information) that the potential receiving site looks suspicious and should be avoided. If you are using a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape Navigator version 2.0 or greater), the information you send us regarding your purchase is encrypted, making it extremely difficult to read even if it is wrongly intercepted. We utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of: potentially sensitive information such as your name and address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card number.

Privacy Policy
Protecting your order information is our priority. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server or affiliate program companies. AbacusLaptop does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to anybody. All of the information you transmit to us is kept strictly confidential. We never share our customer list with anyone. Your name, address, credit card information, and order are always kept completely safe and secure.

Credit Card Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and America Express credit cards. For security measures, the billing address you supply us with MUST match the billing address of your credit card. We use an Address Verification System that helps ensure that the person making charges to a credit card is the actual cardholder. To minimize credit card fraud, our processor will only allow us to ship merchandise to credit card Billing Addresses, or authorized Alternate Shipping Addresses. If you specify a shipping address which differs from the credit card’s actual billing address, (for example your office address) you’ll need to contact your credit card company to add Alternate Shipping address to the account. This is not changing the billing address; only adding another authorized shipping address to the account. When you’ve done that, please place your order and include a brief note in the Comments area to let us know that you’ve done so, so that we can call your credit card company to verify. Failure to follow this policy will likely delay your order.

Refund/Exchange Policy
In the unlikely case that you receive a defective product from us, products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of its shipping date. Shipping charges and expenses are not refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Also, the full value of any promotions such as free shipping, free accessories, and etc. will also be deducted from the refund. After 30 days from the shipping date, no refund or exchanges can be considered, and any functionality issues will be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty program. All returns will be inspected for physical damage and completeness. Physical damage or evidence of misuse voids product warranty. So please insure the packages while shipping them. All original boxes and packing material must be returned. Incomplete returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
